While using personal and business M365 account simultaneously on Outlook for Mac there is no possibility of choosing tasks account. I can see only one of them. Any solutions to this?

No further questions, just a suggestion, to add an option which account to use when creating a task, like in calendar event.

Yes, you have to choose an account as a default one, in case of having some personal tasks you have to change the default account and there will be no toggle for Tasks section.

Does that mean that if I choose business account as a default one, in case of having some personal task I should change the default account? Shouldn't there be an option to toggle the accounts within the Tasks section?

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community.
Based on your description, while using personal and business M365 account simultaneously on Outlook for Mac there is no way of choosing tasks account. You can set one profile as a default profile then can create task. By this you can select different account.
To set default profile in mac: Tools>Accounts>Click three dots (bottom)> Set as defaults
