Thank you for sharing the information. It is working. I am also trying to add the Affected User to the MA. It is not getting displayed in the MA form in the portal. Any inputs is highly appreciated.

a Manual Activity in SCSM doesn't have a "Affected User" relationship. You can't see the "Affected User" of a Manual Activity because this relationship does not exist at all.
