Using Outlook for Android for personal email and calendar management

May I know when you get this error, is it when accessing Outlook for Android, when signing in?
In the meantime kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Clear Outlook cache: Open our app > Settings > Select the email account > Reset Account. How do I clear the cache or locally reset/refresh the client/app? - Microsoft Support.
- Update Outlook app: Open the PlayStore and check if Outlook has pending updates and update if any.
- Uninstall and install the app again.
