Hi,

I am getting android error: Correlation Id: ee611bc1-630c-4a80-b238-568c567ede09 Timestamp: 2024-05-17T11:43:20.000Z DPTI: 11045e2ee689132f Error Tag: 55a0w Error Code: 0

How to fix it?

    May I know when you get this error, is it when accessing Outlook for Android, when signing in?

    In the meantime kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Clear Outlook cache: Open our app > Settings > Select the email account > Reset Account. How do I clear the cache or locally reset/refresh the client/app? - Microsoft Support.
    2. Update Outlook app: Open the PlayStore and check if Outlook has pending updates and update if any.
    3. Uninstall and install the app again.
