hi my hotmail account wont let me in i have tried all of microsofts **** and nothing works they keep telling me that its ok.well **** i try to login and it says that there is no account. will some one please tell me what is going on. ******@hotmail.com

Jim F, when you receive the error message that the Microsoft account doesn't exist means that the account may have been deleted/closed and you cannot recover that account. Inactive accounts for more than two years are closed. Sorry for this experience.

thank you kindly but all my other accounts work fine just ******@hotmail.com says no acct. if i log on to amazon check my profile it seems to be working just i cant access it from my computers. i dont know if i was hacked but i need it back. whenever i try microsofts help they say nothing wrog with account but dont help me get it back to me thanks again

I am sorry you are experiencing this problem. When you sign into www.office.com with your Microsoft account and you receive an error message that states your Microsoft account does not exist. This means that your Microsoft account may have been deleted and you cannot recover or reuse the email address as Microsoft does not recycle emails addresses.
