Adding MS Account

Hi all,

I am trying to add a new account to the Outlook desktop app for Mac. I receive the following error message, see screenshots attached. Can you please assist thank you.

Thank you.1-Please try to remove Office completely and re-installed downloaded from Microsoft portal. and check the issue. 2-Please if the issue persists remove any Microsoft entries in keychain access, then downloaded and ran the license uninstaller How to remove Office license files on a Mac - Microsoft Support When you opened an Office program check if you can sign into

    3-if the issue still persists: Open Terminal and paste the following command:
