    Hello Maria,

I am sorry about your experience.

From your description, I understand that you mistakenly deleted an alias account and you want to be able to add the alias account back.

To the best of my knowledge, if you delete an alias account, you can be able to recover the account within a period of 60 days if it is a Microsoft account. If you are not able to recover the account, the account will be permanently deleted. Read this article to understand Microsoft service agreement on account use: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement

You can try to recover the alias account through any of these options:

    1. If you have enabled 2FA on the account and still have access to the recovery email address or phone number registered on the account, click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/office/eff4f067-5042-c1a3-fe72-b04d60556c37
    2. If you haven't enabled 2FA on the account, you can use the account recovery form to recover your account. Click this link to go to the account recovery form page: https://account.live.com/acsr

For details on how best to fill out the account recovery form, go to https://support.microsoft.com/office/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42">https://support.microsoft.com/office/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42">https://support.microsoft.com/office/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42">https://support.microsoft.com/office/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

Remember to use a device that you usually use to sign in to your account. Consider staying in a location where you log into your account frequently.

Provide as much information as possible.

After you submit the form, Microsoft will review your responses and respond to you within 24 hours. If you're authenticated, instructions on how to get back into your account will be sent to the email address you provided in the account recovery form. If you are not verified, you will need to submit the account recovery form again. You can submit the form twice a day.

Microsoft takes the security of accounts seriously, and therefore you must prove beyond reasonable doubt that you are the owner of the account you want to recover.

If your account recovery request was not successful, please read this article for more information: https://support.microsoft.com/office/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

At this point, the only option available is to create a new account. Sorry, that's not what you're expecting, but it's the only option left. You can do this by clicking on this link: https://signup.live.com/

I wish you good luck and I hope you regain access to your alias account.

    Regards, Rita.
