Old e-mail, was created after 1998. Cannot remember questions (more then 15 years here)

Hey there!

I have a old account that is connected to my Facebook, I have over 2000+ friends there and I use it also with my companies.

I asked to have my password changed as I don't remember it, so long ago. I sent to change password and I did so with the new one using a new e-mail address that I have for my company. Now it asks me to verify my e-mail.

  • Asking about old password (Don't have a clue)
  • Asking about childhood friend (I had 2 and I put that in)
  • I had skype way back, don't use it anymore and haven't used it in over 15+ years, asking about my contacts there and my last conversation.
  • I am being asked about my last e-mail I sent and to ask my family members. I never sent e-mails when I was 12 -15 years old, (Now I'm 33). They or I don't remember that

There is no human contact with you and I have called two different country numbers and cannot get any help.

How can I get my account back? - I need to use it going forward for all of my activities. It feels like there is no help here at all nor that I can get it back.

    I can provide a passport, Driver licences, what ever needed. Can someone get back to me here ?

    Hey there again,

    Any update here?

    I can send a mail to someone using my other mail account ?

    I cannot give access now to administrators on my facebook social media pages and instagram because I need to verify, though it is not a company e-mail it still becomes that since of how old it is and how long I've used Facebook.
