double update

I have been in communication with Microsoft about a problem with an windows update. They run a program that searched for all updates. It seemed to work fine however when I went back to windows updates, it put the same update in twice. It was a major update.

My question is can anything be done to get out the double update. I will be in the office shortly and will give more information on the issue.

    If you have a problem with win update why post to the Outlook group?

    When you decide to post to a win group state what win version and what update Kb
