Mac Outlook - filter multiple select doesn't work

Hi All

I want to use a multiple select on the calendar categories I want to see. Basically I want to see meetings from a selection of categories. However, when I click on filter => categories it doesn't let me select multiple options (in my case it's all but one category), even when I hold the "Command" button. Is there a way around it?

Thank you

Natalia

    Hi Natalia

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself no one here is a Microsoft employee.

“In this article ( https://support.microsoft.com/office/6283be54-e74d-434e-babb-b70cefc77439 ), Unfortunately, Outlook for Mac does not support multi-select filtering for categories for Calendars. You can only filter your emails.

I would suggest you leave feedback about this issue. You can submit feedback through the Outlook UserVoice forum: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback”

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas
