Syncing albums

Question

I have created albums in my samsung gallery app. When I open the Onedrive app I see the photos are synced by date and not by the albums. I have over 8800 photos in 271 albums on my phone. How do I sync the albums so the same albums appear in Onedrive?

I have done as you suggested but I still cannot find my photos organized by album names on OneDrive.
