    Hello Roc,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

We understand you are having issues with receiving verification codes via email. This can happen for various reasons, such as network problems, spam filters, or incorrect email addresses. Just to set your expectation, here at Microsoft Community forums, we only have limited tools and we don't have the option to access your account information. But we will do our best to help and provide the details to reach the right support to help you with your concern.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Make sure you entered the correct email address when you signed up for Outlook or when you enabled two-step verification.
    2. Check your spam or junk folder to see if the email with the code was sent there by mistake.
    3. If you have another email account, try adding it as an alias to your Outlook account and request a new code to that email address.
    4. If you are using a mobile device, make sure you have a stable internet connection and that your device's date and time are correct.

For your reference, you may also check this link: Troubleshooting verification code issues - Microsoft Support

If none of these steps work, we highly suggest contacting Microsoft Live Support for further assistance. They have the tools and resources to help resolve your issue. Please follow these steps to reach Live Support:

1.Go to this link: Contact - Microsoft Support

    1. From the description box, type Chat then scroll down and press Contact Support
    2. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office as Product and Technical Support as Category
    3. Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser
    4. Press Confirm and you will be placed in queue. Please wait for a Live person technician to connect with you.

We hope this helps. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. If you have any other questions or issues, please let me know.  We are always happy to assist you.

Take care and have a great day!

    Sincerely,

    Belen T.C.
