Visual Studio 2019 Community doesn't launch

Hello,

I downloaded Visual Studio for my computer but I can't launch the program after successful installation. When I press the launch button nothing happens. I tried completely uninstalling Visual Studio and reinstalling but it didn't work. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.

    Please run Developer command prompt for vs 2019 as an administrator in the Search box.112309-capture.png

    Then enter this command: devenv /SafeMode , press Enter112393-capture.png

    I am having save issues, after installing Visual Studio 2019, it refused to launch, I repaired, it didn't work, I uninstalled and reinstalled it didn't work........I tried starting it from the developer's command prompt with devenv /SafeMode command from the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\Common7\IDE , it still didn't work.

    So I had to share and upload my VSLog files on https://onedrive.live.com/?id=root&cid=2093B3FFDFEE761C Please assist me to resolve.
