Hotmail stopped working as it is exceeded 5 GB.
Office 365 I paid for in August 2023 also locked up as I cannot get 15 GB of promised storage.
So far I deleted about 700 emails to free up the space but it did not make any difference.
Could you please advice me to resolve this .
