Sent Items Sub Folders

In the Sent Items folder, I have created sub folders, but all the emails show my name as the sender, where in the top level Sent Items folder, it shows the recipient. There used to be a way to change sub folders to show the recipient, but this seems to have been removed (or is in a place that I cannot find).

Is there anyway to do this in the "New Outlook"?

    Dear Terry_Allen,

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community, we are glad to assist you here.

Based on your post, we understand you would change sub folders to show the recipient in New Outlook, as tested and searched from our side, it seems New outlook does not support this.

Please understand since the new Outlook is still in production/preview meaning some of the features are not yet available in new Outlook. We are sorry for the inconvenience it may cause.

However, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, your suggestion is very helpful, and I believe it could make the use of Outlook even better. We will surely raise your concerns to our Product Development Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. I recommend you reach out to our dedicated support for new Outlook for Windows within your Outlook, to submit your feedback Contact support and provide feedback within the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support

Thank you for your time and hope this is helpful, please feel free to get back to us if you have further concerns,

    Regards,

    Microsoft Community
