    Dear OFWALT,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that the PTR record for your server's IP address is not set up correctly or is not pointing to the correct hostname. So check with other users in your organization and check whether they also meet this. If so, for this, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Verify that the PTR record for your server's IP address is set up correctly and is pointing to the correct hostname. You can use a tool like MXToolbox to check the PTR record for your server's IP address. Once the PTR record is set up, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the changes to propagate.
    2. Make sure that the forward DNS entry for the hostname specified in the PTR record is pointing to the correct IP address.

Hope this can help. If there is any update, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely

    Katherine
