Not Receiving Third Party Emails

Hello,

I am having trouble receiving emails from outside my organization. I need to reset a password as well as confirm my email through an app, but my email isn’t receiving them. What should I do?

    I understand that you are having trouble receiving 3rd party emails. May I please verify the type of account you are using? Is it an M365 work/school account or a Microsoft/personal account like Hotmail/outlook.com?

    ->Which app are you trying to register your email in?

    In the meantime, please check your spam or junk folders and verify whether there are no emails directed there.
