Need commenting ability reinstated

My commenting ability was revoked on 8/29/22. The message on my profile says "your profile name doesn't meet our undefined. To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name." I changed my profile name months ago. Still waiting for restriction to be removed after 1.5 years. What gives?

    Hi Nina. Thanks for your response. I'm a low end user, but all other functions seem to be operating normally. My offense as written didn't make sense to me, and it said I would only be restricted for 72 hours. That was over a year and a half ago. One of your counterparts suggested I use ms-edge to request help. I am waiting on a response now. Thanks again.

    It's honestly very rare to see this question from you right now.

    In response to your comment about needing to restore the comment function, let me first ask, is everything else about your account functioning properly?

    If it is normal, I suggest you just use it first, because this lifting the comment function restriction should say that contacting Microsoft staff the other party may not be able to intervene, if you must use the comment function, use other Microsoft accounts first.
