Tasks changed

I opened Microsoft outlook this morning and the Tasks section is all changed. All of my personal and shared tasks are gone! How do I get them back? Is there any way to revert this automatic upgrade on the tasks. I never turned on the try new outlook feature, this should have never been upgraded without authorization.

    Dear stacbiz2024

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!

Based on your description, I understand you concern with Tasks changed due to automatic upgrade. To narrow down your issue, could you please allow me to collect more details?

May I know whether you have the same issue in Outlook on the web outlook.office.com?

May I know whether what version of Outlook you are using What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support? Is it new Outlook or classic Outlook?

May I know what account type you are using? Is it POP, IMAP or Exchange account?

If it is convenient, could you kindly share me the screenshot of the error in Tasks?

Note: Regarding the automatic upgrade, Microsoft periodically releases updates to improve the functionality and security of its products. If you did not authorize the upgrade, it may have been part of a larger update that was automatically installed. However, you can always revert to the previous version of Outlook by uninstalling the current version and installing the previous one.

I look forward to your response.

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,
