Problems with Outlook app

Hello,

I'd be grateful for help from the community for solving an issue with the Outlook app on my PC desktop.

It had been working perfectly for months - then it sudden;y kicked me out of one account.

This is the message I receive:

Correlation Id: 749b41f5-3450-44e9-85df-2b8d18fd7881Timestamp: 2023-11-30T07:48:33.000ZDPTI: 12f0a05dc272c94551ea0e27f4cebb1a92ca4eeeadb8d60eb8c03e386ef46b0aError Tag: 4usqaError Code: 3399614475

I have a business 365 licence through a third part and together we have checked everything possible. My emails are coming through online - and my gmails are ok on the Outlook app. So the problem seems to be with recognising my business email.

We followed online advice abouit the error message. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the software, and to uninstall and reinstate my email address but the same message crops up. We wonder if something is blocking access to Outlook.

I have tried contacting the MS helpline but it sends me back to my business admin centre (which, as a freelancer, is me) or it asks me to register my telephone number in my admin centre to receive telephone support. But my number is registered so I don't know why it's not recognised.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Maria

    Thank you for your suggestions.

    In the end, I spent several hours online with a Business Assist technician to resolve the issue. He told me it was a rare error code and it was a complicated fix. We have no idea why it happened and it still hasn't been completely resolved.

    An uninstall/reinstall uses the origonal Outlook Profile and its settings

    The basic repair being;

    Restart the PC, once fully loaded, repair Office,> Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify /Repair, once the repair completes re-test (Quick repair)

    Another option being, restart the PC, when fully loaded hold the Ctrl Key when starting OL to force safe mode, what then?

    Then there is the MS SaRa utility
