is it possible to let the last recently opened files display? (by clicking on search bar > Documents)

    Kindly refer to the following methods:

    Method 1: Use the Run Dialog Box

    Open the Run Dialog Box with the keyboard shortcut Windows Key+R

    Enter shell:recent

    This will open the folder listing all of your recent items.

    Method 2: Make a Desktop Shortcut to the Recent Items Folder;

    Method 3: Add Recent Items to the Quick Access Menu.

    So if I have 500 files to sort in a folder, I have to do this for each time? That's crazy!!
