Result returned from MS-Graph API is not updated

Question

Step to reproduce my issue
1 - use MS-Graph explorer to get content from SharePoint list
2 - add a new item into the same SharePoint list or update an existing item
3 - use MS-Graph explorer to get the content from SharePoint list
:-( result returned from MS-Graph is not updated!

We can wait many hours, the result is the same!
With postman, we have the same behaviour.

It is not possible to use MS-Graph if the request result is not up to date!

Do you have any idea why?

Per my test, everything works fine on my tenant. Please share the endpoint you use to get content from SharePoint list to track down this issue. And did you use graph api to add/update list item?
