I have stop receiving verification emails from certain sites. I have checked the Junk email rules and the sites are not listed in the blocked section and i have also added their domains to the safe senders list. i also have no rules from what i can see.

i went through outlook support chat and was informed that it is a server side error and there was nothing they could do. has anyone else had this or know how i can get it resolved. as it stands there are sites i cant access as i cant get the verification emails.

I have been having the same issue with multiple sites for several months. Asking, "friend to help you log in to receive it," is not an acceptable answer from a big company like Microsoft. What I would like to see from one of you "Specialists," is something saying, "yes, we have been getting complaints on this since at least 2019, so we will ticket the problem and figure it out."

You have been blaming everyone else over several threads. Now is time to identify and fix the problem for your users.

    Thank you,

    Dear EuphoricSquid

    Thanks for your reply.

I can understand how you feel. While you are waiting for the verification information, other companies can deliver it immediately. That's a big difference in comparison.

But, as I said, for the verification message, if indeed you don't receive it, you can try to ask your friend to help you log in to receive it. Because for this piece of information, it is very likely that your current network is not able to receive this email, and if it is not able to receive it, it may be intercepted by the server. It would take a more advanced engineer to try to solve this problem. You can submit a question about third-party site validation information being blocked by Microsoft Mail on learn. Hopefully this will help you resolve the issue.

    Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately I'm not talking hours hear it's been days and weeks and they are just not coming through. CDkeys is an example where I keep being sent verification codes (confirmed through their support) but I am not recieving them. I have tried everything that I know but this is still not working. As a result I am unable to gain access to my account.

    Dear EuphoricSquid

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I can understand how you feel about the verification email not being received.

Often these third-party social media or gaming operators do not have their own independent CAPTCHA sending servers, but rather deliver them to independent vendors who are able to send CAPTCHAs in an integrated manner.

These independent vendors use code sending clusters to send large numbers of CAPTCHA emails quickly, which in itself can be flagged as an advertisement by mail relay servers.

In order to solve this problem, the server operator sending the emails deploys a large number of servers to avoid this problem, but if you are assigned to a server that sends anomalies, you will still experience problems with not being able to receive the CAPTCHA.

Therefore, you can wait for a few hours for the server to return to normal. Other than that, you can try to use other devices, such as other WINDOWS computers, to log in to your FACEBOOK/INS/website and resend the CAPTCHA.

Of course, if you are in a great hurry, you can give your account that needs to get the CAPTCHA to your trusted friends in other regions or cities, which will force the CAPTCHA server to switch to other server clusters and let them try to send the CAPTCHA, you may be able to receive the CAPTCHA again.

Hope the above information can give you reference.
