Keep getting Access Denied and Error Message

When I open the Outlook App and click on an email it opens then a Access Denied box appears then I get told to sign in to my account to continue when I click sign in it comes up with error code 0X80049dd3.

Have repaired and reset the App when I sign in to my emails on Outlook through the internet its OK.

Some time ago, you reported an **access denied (0x80049dd3)**issue when using a new version of Outlook. We apologize for the inconvenience.

After thorough investigation and research by our technical team, we now have an update that the relevant fixes have been submitted and are being deployed.

Some users have reported that updating the software version to 1.2024.1211.400 has resolved the issue and it works fine.

    Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community. 

    I understand that you are experiencing Access Denied issues in New Outlook and that this is causing you problems, I understand how you feel.

    This is a known issue that affects New Outlook users and there is currently no workaround.

    We've noticed a lot of feedback from users on this issue as well, this has been under urgent fix, soI hope you can be patient. I will contact you directly once any solution is available.

    Apologies for the disruption to your work and life.

    Microsoft is now aware of the issue and is actively investigating it.

    In the meantime, so that Microsoft can gather more information, you can provide feedback on this issue by sending it to the Microsoft Outlook development team.

    According to your description, you can use it normally in webmail. In order for you to send and receive emails normally, you can use webmail temporarily.
