Office 365 SSL Certificate Validation Failed

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Office 365 email related to SSL certificate validation. The Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant provided the following error message:

Office 365 SSL Cert Validation Failed

"We've detected the Office 365 SSL certificate is not trusted on your device. Please contact your administrator for further assistance."

Here are some things your Office 365 admin can do:

  1. Sometimes proxy servers change SSL certificates in such a way that the certificate is no longer trusted.
  2. The revocation status cannot be determined.
  3. A certificate in the certificate path has expired.

The issue is that my outlook says that is disconnected, I thought it was the modern authentication, because I had the same issue with other computer. But now the SaRa says is something with the SSL.

I got this on the Logs.

Actually, this community does not focus the SSL certificate or AAD environment related concern, but this community is mainly focusing pure Microsoft 365 exchange online license and email flow related scenario.

However, there is an another specific channel for your mentioned concern where you may get some possible information for certain specific resources and platform from our related community members.
