How to include the C# Interop Excel in Visual Studio .Net Core app in MAC OS?

Hi all,
I am trying to build the C# application which will be using C# Interop Excel in MAC OS. I tried using the .Net Core Console application template from Visual Studio 2019.
Before that, I am having a set of questions:

Will it be possible to add an Interop office library in MAC OS using Visual studio 2019?
If so, how to include the interop office library in the .Net core C# application?
Kindly provide answers to the questions given.

Office interop requires COM which is a Windows feature. I'm pretty sure MAC does not support COM. Have you looked into Office 365 which is web based?

You can also consider using other packages such as OpenXml, which can be used on multiple platforms.
