Cannot see set a reminder option for sharepoint online list

Hi I Cannot see the option to set a reminder on the sharepoint online list. Below screenshot from another company. Any help?
I have colum with date field. But still it doesn't show. On automate - set a reminder.

    In my testing, I was unable to reproduce your problem.

    We suggest you try the following troubleshooting:

    1.Try it on other SharePoint lists

    2.Test it on other SharePoint sites

    3.Use another user account for testing

    Members of my team have same situation. I do however have the reminder drop down.

    Please note that the "Set a Reminder" option is only available for "Date" columns, and people within the SharePoint group. Preferably if you could provide more information, the community will be able to help you better.
