Cannot Access Outlook Email

Hello,

I am receiving the following error :

I had tried to change the domain to from ***k@***antville.onmicrosoft.com to ***k@***antville.org (Domain created via GoDaddy)
Since I have made this change, I can login to my Mircosoft 365 account, and cannot access my Outlook anymore.

Also, I am not sure whether I am using the"New" or "Legacy" version of Outlook or if I signed up as a business or home account.

    • May I know if you can see the same in both outlook client application and Outlook on the web https://outlook.office.com ? Could you please also confirm if you are using outlook desktop app or outlook on the web? Thank you.
    • May I know if you have tried to add your account once again?
    • Kindly send me a full details screenshot via private message for further analysis?

    Here are the steps to open private messages:
