Help creating an email invitation for phone interview that will integrate with Microsoft outlook calendar

Question

I am a pilot that works with our Airline's recruiting department. I'd like to send out an email invitation that would include multiple time slots and days for a potential interviewee to choose from. I would like to make it so that only one person can book an appointment, then that slot would no longer be available to the next person etc.

I've seen this from another airline and would like to re-create the process.
