I am using Office 365 and Azure Active Directory, I am attempting to add a SSL Certificate to my domain. Per Microsoft instructions I am to go to the Azure Portal and click on TLS/SSL setting. In Azure Active Directory "Manage" panel I do not see that option. Is there a way to install that service?
Or
Is the Azure Portal a different dashboard than Azure AD

Could you please elaborate on your ask? Are you trying to update TLS/SSL certificate for an Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) farm? OR Adding TLS/SSL certificate for certificate-based authentication in Azure Active Directory? or Configuring certificate for custom domains with Azure AD Application Proxy.
if possible could you please share document that you were referring to ? Thanks !
