DKIM authentication failure to "att.net" address in a mail group

When I create an email or reply to a message sent to an email group set up by my association management company, only the email to someone at "att.net" (example Jo******@att.net) fails DKIM authentication. All the rest (to gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.) transmit fine. The association management group IT department says they have set up DKIM properly. It seems to be the result of me, the sender, having an email address of msn.com. I am aware that att.net has tightened their authentication procedures, thus the need for proper DKIM or whatever authentication. Why is msn.com email not set up at allow sending to an att.com address? I use Office Professional 2021 and Outlook to send these emails. The DKIM tweaks I see online seem to be focused on administrator changes at a system level. Thanks for any help.

    Hello David0250,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that your DKIM authentication fails when sending emails from your msn account to an att.net address.

Individual accounts typically cannot directly change DKIM settings, as public email services usually handle DKIM authentication automatically.

Based on your description, your emails are sent successfully to other public domains, with the issue only occurring when sending to att.net. Usually, such problems need to be addressed by the recipient’s side. Therefore, it is recommended that you inform your recipient about the issue you are encountering. If they cannot resolve it, they may need to contact the att.net email service provider for assistance.

I hope you all the best.

    Best Regards,
