How to get Certifications to show up

I have been certified in many MOS certifications, including the Microsoft Office Specialist Masters. I achieved these through my school and Certiport. I cannot figure out how to get them to show up on my Microsoft Certification dashboard and can't figure out how to access Microsoft Learning Benefits.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
