What scope does Azure Logic Apps' free 4000 built-in actions is applied on?

Hi,

The Logic Apps pricing documentation states the first 4000 built-in actions are free on Consumption Plan, but does not specify in what scope it's applied.

Would it be on subscription level? Are these 4000 actions shared among all Logic Apps instances on the subscription? Or would it be per workflow?

    @Bruno Silva It is price per execution on your subscription i.e. 4K action free on your subscription. One workflow can have multiple actions. So it is the addition of all the action that are executed in your different workflow of your subscription.
