    Dear Judith Malkin

Then please stay calm, please follow the instructions, use your computer and take your time.

I'd love to help you with the operation, but unfortunately I don't have the ability or authority to do so due to the limited forum tools.

Of course, you can try contacting outlook.com support to assist you.

To get support in Outlook.com, click here or select Help on the menu bar and enter your query. If the self-help doesn't solve your problem, scroll down to Still need help? and select Yes.

    Best Regards,

    Dear Judith Malkin

    Thanks for your reply.

Sorry, the webpage may not be opened due to temporary server problems.

So you can receive the email just fine, but the sender gets an undeliverable notification?

It is recommended that you go directly to outlook.live.com check your mailbox.

    Check your rules

Your email may be forwarded to other mailboxes according to special rules.

Go to Rules settings and check your rules. If you find a rule that's incorrectly moving messages out of your inbox, select    to edit the rule or    to delete it.

    Check out forwarding.

Select Mail > Forwarding. Check that your auto-forwarding is turned on.

I hope the above information is helpful to you.

    Dear Judith Malkin

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that you think your account has been hacked.

First, you can try to recover your account via this link.

You can check your account activity history for unusual logins.

It is recommended that you take the following steps to protect your account.

1.Change your account password. A strong password should contain at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

There is an option to logout from all devices that you can run first.

How to sign out of your Microsoft account everywhere - Microsoft Support

    1. Turn on two-step verification for your account.

Two-step verification helps protect you by making it more difficult for someone else to sign in to your Microsoft account. It uses two different forms of identity: your password, and a contact method (also known as security info). Even if someone else finds your password, they'll be stopped if they don't have access to your security info. This is also why it's important to use different passwords for all your accounts. 1. Send your device for a security check for potential viruses.

I hope the above information is helpful to you.
