    Dear lejla grabovica

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you are having trouble on recover your Hotmail  account.

    It looks like your account no longer has any other verification methods. In this case, filling out the recovery form is the only way to recover your account.

    You can fill out the form: Recover your account (live.com)

    I understand that you would like to recover your account, but I just want to let you know that Microsoft Account Recovery is handled by a fully automated server, and in order to protect the security and privacy of our customers, the Community Team cannot and does not have access to or view any account information.

    Here is the help of the recovery form, hope it is useful to you.

    Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

    As the last resort when you forget your password and have no available verification methods, the form requires a high level of knowledge about the account or decisive evidence such as payment information. It is important to understand that the account recovery process requires you to provide some information to prove that you are the account owner. Otherwise, it cannot be completed. If someone could gain access to an account simply by knowing the username and provide nothing else, it would be disastrous for all users.

    If you want to know more, you can contact the online support staff by following the steps below.

    1. Open a site link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "Tell us your problem so we can get you the right help and support.", enter MSA, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Customer Support" below.
    3. In this section, you need to register a personal Microsoft account

    Note: You can only use a personal MSA to register, and the company account cannot display the correct content. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new account to execute;

    1. Select "Other Products" in Products & Services, select "Manage account security" as a category, and click to confirm
    2. You can select "Chat with support experts in web browser" to enter the chat window.

    Thank you for your time and understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Hardyjoe.J|Microsoft Community Support Specialist
