    Dear mark hamilton4,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I understand that you need to check email forwarding and that this is causing you problems, I understand how you feel.

You can visit the web version of Outlook: https://outlook.live.com/ to see if you have forwarding enabled.

Open web-based Outlook, Mail - Forwarding - Enable Forwarding

Once forwarding is enabled, you can choose whether or not to keep a copy of the forwarded email.

In the meantime, you can do the following in the web version of Outlook:

    1. You can add the email address that sent the code to Safe Senders to see if the code can be received.

    Steps to add "Safe Senders":

Settings - Mail - Spam - Safe Senders and Domains

    1. You can check the mail rules, if there are rules not created by you, delete the rules not created by you and check if you can receive the code.

    Steps to view mail rules:

    Settings - Mail - Rules

    1. You can send an email to yourself to see if you can successfully send and receive emails to check if your email sending and receiving function is normal.
    2. You can check if there are any code emails in your spam folder.

If none of the above works and you still can't receive the code, you can try contacting Facebook technical support to ask if you can get a different email to receive the code.

If I have misunderstood you, please correct me when replying.

Thank you for your patience and support.

    Have a great day.

    Best Regards,
