    Based on your description, I understand your issue with sending or receiving emails and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to your work.

    • First of all, may I please know what type of account are you using? Are you using an Office 365 for business/education account, a Microsoft personal account ending with outlook.com/live.com/hotmail.com or an IMAP/POP account?
    • As you mentioned your email account "reject other domain mail", may I please know whether the issue is with some specific domains or all external domains?
    • Please kindly use your account to login OWA(outlook web app)and then check whether you get the same issue.
    • May I please also know when you find this issue?
    • Did you receive any error message or NDRs? If yes, please kindly share the related screenshots with us via Private Message. Here are the steps for private message: Click Account Manager-->My Profile-->View Private Message. (See screenshot below)

    Our email reject other domain mail and didn't let us send email to domain @gmail.com
