Dear Eslynn
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I'm very sorry to hear that you are having this strange issue. Error code17193 in Outlook typically indicates that the total size of your email attachments exceeds the limits set by your email provider or the application itself. For example, if you are using a Gmail account, there may be a limit set by Gmail, when you exceed this limit you will get this error code quite often.
Also, do you encounter this error message when visiting your web mail?
By the way, what steps have you tried to solve this problem? You can tell me about it so I can better understand your situation :)
Remember to Empty Deleted Items and Junk Folder. Emails often stay in the Deleted Items and Junk folders even after being removed from the Inbox. Ensure you empty those folders to free up space. If there are emails in the Outbox that are stuck due to large attachments, it might trigger this error. Go to the Outbox folder and delete or move any emails that are pending sending.
Sometimes, unsent or saved drafts can contain large attachments. Check your Drafts folder and remove any emails that might be causing the issue.
I need to know more about your situation so I can help you better, please understand. If you have found anything else worth mentioning, please feel free to contact me and talk about it, I will be happy to solve the problem with you, thank you for your cooperation and understanding :)
Kind Regards
