Hack Report

Question

Hi,

My emails were hacked 3 months ago and some fraudulent invoices and doctored emails were sent from it. Can I get or generate a report that can prove and show the unauthorised sign-in activity at this point? Especially since it's been longer than 30 days.

We did log into outlook.com at the time this happened and saw all the attempted and successful log-ins from the hacker/hackers, but did not realise that the information disappeared after some time.

Based on your description, I understand that you want to see information about hacker anomalous activity from 3 months ago.

I apologize for the fact that the activity page on an account usually only holds information on unusual activity up to 30 days old.

However, you will receive an email about unusual activity on your account, you can look for this email in your mailbox and maybe the information in it will help you.

Alternatively, you can contact online support to try and get more help: Contact - Microsoft Support

• Enter your question to search for it, and then click "Login to Contact Support" at the bottom of the page.
• Log in to another available Microsoft personal account.
• Under "Products and Services", select "Other Products".
• Under Categories, select Manage Account Security and click Confirm.
• Click Chat with Support Agent in Web Browser.
