Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hello Kamal Rajbhar,
Good day! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!
Recalling an email message is a feature available in some email systems, such as Microsoft Outlook, but it typically works only under specific conditions and within certain limitations:
Recalling from Outside the Organization:
- Generally, you cannot recall an email message from outside your organization. Once the email has left your organization's email server and been delivered to the recipient's email server, you lose control over it.
- Even if you use the recall feature in Outlook, it will only work if both parties are within the same organization and certain technical conditions are met.

In summary, while you can recall a message within your organization under certain conditions, it is generally not possible to recall a message once it has been sent to someone outside your organization's email system. Always consider double-checking your emails before sending, especially when communicating sensitive information.
If I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Nafis Iqbal Shuvo
