Hello People!

We intend to be able to configure font style and size for our Outlook email users at the exchange online server level to achieve uniformity for all messages sent out to external stakeholders.

We use Office 365.

Your assistance will be appreciated.

    Hi @kaytons

To the best of my knowledge, I'm afraid it's not feasible at the Exchange online server level to configure the font style and size for Outlook client users.

For Outlook clients, the font information used for composing or replying a message is stored in the resgitry. So in order to implement certain font style or size for users company wide, basically we can follow the steps below:

    1. Open on Outlook client, set the ideal fonts via File>Options>Mail>Stationery and Fonts...:

    2. Go to Registry Editor(regedit.exe), navigate to the path below, right click it and export the registry keys to .REG file: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\MailSettings

    3. Distribute this .REG file to all users in your domain.
