Pearson Vue registration for DP-900 Exam

Hi,

I was trying to schedule my DP-900 exam via Pearson using my Capgemini Employee Claim and its not working as i am not having a Pearson Account. I called the Pearson support and they told Microsoft should create a Pearson account. Can you please help me here.

My MCID is XXXXXXXXX.
