Outlook for Mac Support Chat doesn't work

My Support Chat in Outlook for Mac is not working. What I open it, it tries to connect but I get this error.

We are unable to load chat at this time.Please try again later.

How do I get this fixed

    Experiencing the same issue. All I find is this thread of a Microsoft employee dropping the ball on responding....

    • May I please know if you are using Microsoft 365 business/education email account, Microsoft personal account such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com or live.com, or other third-party/custom domain email account to send the email?
    • Will you please share me your Outlook version details?
