Hello,

I have about 1,900 emails from postmaster in the last few days saying that my email was unable to be delivered. I haven't sent an email in years. I've run virus scans and they all say no threats detected so would anyone know what's going on?

I've also been logged out of other apps and when I try to log back in it says that the email no longer exists even though I'm currently logged into it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Dear Danny912

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello, your account is not working properly or is even insecure at the moment.

Usually when you receive an email like this, it means that your email was sent but failed to send, and you mentioned that you haven't used your account to send emails for a long time, so it's very likely that someone logged in to your account and sent an insecure email such as a phishing email.

You can check the recent sign-in activity for your account by logging in to this site and checking if there is any sign-in activity that is not by you:

First, make sure you change your account password on another secure device.

Finally, you can add AU verification to increase the security of your account.

If you have any other questions, or if you have something to add to your question, you are welcome to get back to me again and I will do my best to help you until the issue is resolved.
