If you get this message when trying to add a signature to your email, you need to change your Outlook Calendar times.

You can do this by:

  1. Open Outlook Email
  2. Select File
  3. Select Options
  4. Select Calendar
  5. Change Start Time To 08:00
  6. Change End Time To 17:00
  7. Select OK

Now you should be able to save your signature on outlook.

In Outlook as part of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, version 2406 (Build 177723.20160)
Clicking on "Working Hours and Location" prompts back:

"The end date you entered occurs before the start date".

The app layout changed - you have to click that button to see the days and times to modify them.

So I can't access the Working Hours to set the appropriate times to fix this - catch 22.

Is there any other way to prevent this prompt or update the data which is causing it?

    3. Set the the work hours and tick " and click Save

    1. Reopen Classic Outlook and I'm able to save changes in Options
    2. You may untick "Show work location.." again in the new Outlook again after this

Switch to New Outlook and set the Work Hours there. Then switch back to the current Outlook and the Option should be working properly. This worked for me.
