Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling
Hi Elena Teletin
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I see you have a new name and you want emails sent to your new email, I know this can be very handy in terms of managing your email accounts.
You don't need to alias them to do this, and even if you do alias them, they won't merge into one mailbox, they are still 2 separate emails, and emails to A won't go to B.
However, we can set up a forwarding settings to forward emails sent to your old inbox to your new inbox.
Please do the following steps on your PC, mobile device may not see some options.
- Visit outlook.live.com and sign in to your old email account.
- Go to Settings, which is a gear icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Mail, Forwarding and IMAP, Enable Forwarding, enter your new email address and save.
If you are asked to sign in again, please do so.
Emails sent to your old inbox will now be forwarded to your new inbox.
I hope this can solve your problem and be helpful. Also, let me know if you have made any progress on this topic, I look forward to hearing from you, have a nice day. :)
Best regards
