im having a trouble while im installing sql server.

As the error message states, are you using a compressed drive?

Please also check that the"C:" drive itself is not compressed.

Please check if Microsoft SQL Server folder is compressed, if it is then Uncompressing it as Leon mentioned.
If you got the same error then try to change the directory installation to any directory which is not compressed . Then please share us the result.

i dont get it, before i install there is no Mircosoft SQL Server folder, so what do you mean ?

You have a failed SQL server installation. Failed installation will also create this folder. Please check if you have the folder in your environment.
If the Microsoft SQL Server folder is not created, please try to change the directory installation to any directory which is not compressed .
i tried changing to D drive, then when i almost finishes downloading, this happens
Do you have any antivirus/antimalware software that may be interfering with the installation?
i only have window defender, firewall, although i turn all of it off, its still not working

Check the SQL Server installation log for any more clues, you can also upload it to this thread.
finally i can fix it. i missed a Mircosoft SQL Server folder that still is compressed inside Program File folder, so i uncompress it. Problem solved. Thanks for helping me the whole time.
