SharePoint IP restriction issue

Hi,

I am running into an issue with regards to SharePoint IP restriction. Although I am writing my IP address correctly, the following error message occurs: Make sure the IP addresses and ranges are separated by commas, use CIDR notation, and don't overlap. Also make sure you allow your current IP address.

Any idea on why this could be happening? Even on the simplest test, for example writing a single IP address (my own), this problem surfaces.

Guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Please try to use CIDR Calculator to convert an IP address range to CIDR notation, then set control access in the SharePoint admin center.

    Hi @Emily Du-MSFT ,

    I tried doing that but it still doesn't work. I am using windows, and I found the IP address by going to Settings > Network > Ethernet > IP address

    How do I find the range of my IP address?

    I am using server IP address (ethernet).
