Access to team site

Question

Hi All

I have a team site and the owner of the team site lets say owner1 is sharing the team site link to other user lets say user2 who is not the member of this team site.
when user2 tries to access the link. owner1 gets the below emails. my requirement is when owner shares the team site url user2 should be able to login and user2 should not get any email. please guide me

User2 wants to access 'TeamSite01'

I'd like access, please.
