    Hi Romaine Quia,

    Good day.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

It sounds like a frustrating issue! Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem with your missing Notes in Outlook:Check Navigation Pane:

    • Go to the View tab in Outlook.
    • Click on Navigation Pane and ensure that Notes is checked.

    Reset Navigation Pane:

    • Close Outlook.
    • Press and hold the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
    • Type outlook.exe /resetnavpane and press Enter.

    Check Deleted Items Folder:

    • Sometimes, notes might accidentally get deleted. Check the Deleted Items folder to see if your notes are there.
    1. Open Outlook in Safe Mode:
      • Hold the Windows key + R.
      • Type outlook.exe /safe and press Enter. This will open Outlook in Safe Mode, which can help identify if an add-in or extension is causing the issue.

    Repair Outlook Installation:

    • Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
    • Right-click on Microsoft Office and select Change.
    • Choose Online Repair and follow the prompts.

    Check for Updates:

    • Ensure your Outlook is up to date by going to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.

Note: Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

    Best Regards
