Need console access for Unreal Engine 4 but cannot e-mail microsoftdevcenter@microsoft.com, it kicks back.

Epic requires a confirmation of console development status in order for us to grant source code and resources for each requested console platform. Please follow the steps below to submit the necessary confirmation, and then respond to this message to let us know so we can proceed with the next steps.
Xbox One & Xbox Series X: Contact your Microsoft account representative requesting they send an email to ******@unrealengine.com confirming your status and referencing your email address.
I don't have an account representative. I am a registered developer but no one ever got assigned to me. Epic then said to email microsoftdevcenter@microsoft.com but all I get is:

I have tried from several e-mail addresses, including gmail. Same thing.
Who and how do I get in touch with someone to verify to Epic that I am a registered developer?
My game is supposed to release in 30 days.
Please help.
